As an adult with Asperger's Syndrome, I educate from an "inside-out" perspective. Ninety percent of my work has absolutely nothing to do with the individual on the autism spectrum. It has everything to do with my aspiring to become an agent of change by effecting a transformation in and among everyone around the individual. When this happens truly, relationships improve, "negative behaviors" decrease, and unlimited possibilities await us.
