About Me Odalys R. Girado is the Sr. Business Director for Right Hire Staffing Solutions, Inc. in which she oversees the tri-county area. She has been in the staffing services industry for the last 17 years. In addition to her current position, she is a Board Member of the Greater Miami Society for Human Resource Management since January 2001, this year serving as VP, Community Relations. She is also the former President of the Executives Association of Greater Miami—Associates Group. She is also a designated “Staffing Expert” with CBS4, Miami, where she conducts monthly TV interviews with Al Sunshine regarding the current job market trends.
Professional Experience Professionally, Odalys was chosen as a finalist for the 2003 Up & Comers Awards. She is also a member of several organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management, Greater Miami Society for Human Resource Management, Executive’s Association of Greater Miami, and the West Kendall Business Association. She is also a former Miami Dolphins Cheerleader and a member of the NFL Alumni Association and the Professional Cheerleaders Alumni (PCA). She was a Superbowl Halftime performer in 1995 as a backup dancer to Patti Labelle. In 1996, She was also a regular dancer on MTV’s The Grind, and Univision’s Bailando.
Educational Experience Odalys graduated from Key West High School in 1990 with Honors in Business and Performing Arts. She went on to receive her Associate of Arts degree from Florida Keys Community College in 1992. After relocating back to her hometown, she decided to pursue her studies in Accounting at Florida International University. In May of 1995, she graduated with her Bachelor’s of Accounting Degree. In the Spring of 1998, Odalys also received a certification in Human Resource Administration through FIU’s Center for Management Development.
