My practice focuses on litigation, alternative dispute resolution and general representation in the areas of commercial and construction law, intellectual property and bankruptcy. I have also represented various bar and restaurant owners before the New York City Environmental Control Board, the State Liquor Authority, the lower criminal courts and other New York City administrative bodies.
On a regular basis, I consult with clients on contract preparation and negotiation, the filing of mechanic's liens, the preparation of wills, trusts and estates, and surrogate court proceedings. Before joining Goetz Fitzpatrick, I participated in the litigation of multiple high-profile tort cases against key figures in the entertainment industry, which dealt with sexual harassment, racial discrimination and civil rights violations.
Prior to entering the practice of law, I served as an officer in the U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery. I am a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and I was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for successfully shooting down SCUD missiles launched by Saddam Hussein's military during the first week of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rutger's University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
