I am originally from southeastern Pennsylvania (near Philadelphia). I attended James Madison University in Virginia, then moved to Florida for law school. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, I worked as an attorney with Vernis & Bowling, P.A. handling personal injury, property damage and condominium/HOA cases. I later worked for the Law Office of Oscar E. Marrero handling personal injury and civil rights claims. I currently reside in Miami with my wife, Maria.
I represent individuals and businesses involved in warranty disputes, fraud claims, lemon law cases and other civil litigation. Since opening the firm in 2010, I have litigated claims arising under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Florida lemon law, the Motor Vehicle Repair Act, contract and common law. My clients have obtained refunds, replacement motor vehicles, repurchases and money judgments.
I obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from James Madison University.
I am licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
